I have seen Mindy (London, On) for Osteopathy (Osteopathic manual practitioners aim to help improve overall health across all body systems by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework), where she has helped to get my body back to where it should be - post a number of injuries.  She is not only kind and welcoming but her treatments actually help!  Not to mention how relaxing and soothing they are too.  It's also worth noting she graduated as a certified Osteopathic manual practitioner from the CAO - which is a 4 year diploma (there are other forms of "osteopathy" where people don't go through this strenuous of schooling).  I've been to some who did not have this much schooling and the difference in Mindy's knowledge and how she treats compared to them is uncanny.  Can definitely see and feel the difference in the approach and results.  Mindy will figure out what is wrong and help to get your whole body back in order.  Thanks again Mindy! I had only had chiropractic care before so visiting an osteopath was new. I had heard good things like gentle enough on the elderly and small children. Even good for pets. Mindy Willis new intuitively what adjustments needed to be done. When I left my session with Mindy, I felt energized. I know you will be in good hands with Mindy. My deepest gratitude to Leon Walsh for all your support, guidance and professional expertise throughout my journey to completing my first full marathon.

From day one, you took the time to listen to my concerns, and address my questions. Not only training tips and exercises, but you provided invaluable insight into the mental and emotional aspects of marathon preparation.

I had twelve (12) weeks to prepare for this race. I am new to running as of February of this year, and on April 28, 2024 I successfully completed the Mississauga Marathon (in good time too). Leon was there to support me every step of the way!

I have worked with many physiotherapists over the past 20+ years after suffering two herniated discs in my lower back in my early 20s. Leon is extremely knowledgeable and highly competent, and the additional modalities he offers (acupuncture, electro therapy) have proven extremely beneficial for pain management to supplement the physio exercises I have been assigned. I would highly recommend this clinic for cutting edge, science-backed treatments if you suffer from any residual symptoms as a result of old sports injuries.
